Check-in Friday
All players must check in at the Atrium Hotel on Friday, May 24th between noon and 7 PM. If you absolutely can NOT get there, as a courtesy, you may phone your check-in by calling the hotel (800-854-3012) or the tournament phone: 714-721-7518. Please keepcalling until you get through as we need to give you your starting time! Later that night, we will post the draws online. You should still pick up your player packets and maps at the Balboa Bay Club Racquet Club (host site) before noon on Saturday.
Alternate list
The alternate list will continue to be used as last minute withdrawals may still occur. We will allow on-site alternates in that same order of entry from the current alternate list.
Tournament Hotel/Car rentals
This year's tournament headquarters will be at the Atrium Hotel in Irvine. Check-in, player party, seminars and draw postings will be at the hotel. Schedule of Play
Tuesday, the 28th is a "rain date" and finals of the 12s FIC only. All other matches will conclude on Monday the 27th.
Hotel Overflow
For those of you who have missed out on getting a room at the Atrium, there is another excellent site down the street: The Radisson in Irvine is offering tournament rates at $85 for all double-doubles. No parking fees -- could walk to the Atrium (just cross the street carefully!). Call now and mention the tournament for this rate: 949-833-0570.
