Notification of Acceptance to the draw can be found on the Intermountain's web site at intermountain.usta.com or by contacting the Tournament Director, Rob Merriman, at (702) 792-8384 after 1pm on March 6, 2002. EASTER CIRCUIT CHECK-IN Check-In for the Easter Circuit Tournament will be held at The Hawthorne Suites Hotel from 6:00-9:00 PM on Wednesday, March 27th. The Hotel is located at 5051 Duke Ellington Way. The phone number is (702) 739-9000. Draws, tee shirts, maps, player packs, and other correspondence will be distributed at check-in. Because draw times may change between the time the tournament is published on-line and the first day of matches; players must visually confirm their draw times prior to their first round of play by coming to The Hawthorne Suites during check-in, or by coming to the Hawthorne Suites after check-in to inspect their draw. Copies of the draw and maps (desk copies only) will be made available at the front desk for the perusal of those players who are unable to make check-in between 6:00 and 9:00 PM on March 27th.
