Players limited to two events maximum. Be prepared to play upto 2 matches per division per day.No Show Default Policy: Effective immediately, the No-Show Default Policy printed in the front pages of all adult tournament schedules are amended as follows: 1) To require a player to give notice of a default at least 24 hours in advance of play. 2) To eliminate the option of a player notifying the USTA NorCal office instead of the Tournament Director of a need to default. Comment on #1 above: The 24-hour advance notice requirement is to give the tournament committee sufficient time to notify the opposing player(s) of the default. Those default situations that are not known as early as 24 hours in advance (i.e. illness, injury, etc.) must be called in as soon as possible, will be subject to a 30-day suspension, and can be appealed. If a player shows validation of illness or injury and calls sufficiently prior to the scheduled match, the suspension will be dismissed. Quick Reference In the future, you can jump straight to this tournament by entering the tournament identification #500018902 in your tournament search.
